- Began as a Lead Physical Therapist in a single clinic. After one year, assumed responsibility for staffing 54 clinics with PRN PT/PTA/ATC staff - Developed clinical contingency program & coordinated contingent coverage for all ATI Physical Therapy clinics in Michigan – 54 locations. - Provided contingent coverage when each clinic needed; evaluating, treating and re-evaluating patients with various orthopedic and neuromuscular conditions. - Educated staff and patients on the use of Trigger Point Dry Needling, providing consultations as needed. - Developed a theoretical understanding of and practical skill with instrument-assisted soft tissue mobilization using Graston instruments. - Supervised and oversaw Physical Therapist Assistants, Athletic Trainers and physical therapy technicians. - Advised clinicians on the use of neuromuscular electrical stimulation device for foot-drop secondary to central or peripheral nerve injury. Often this treatment was done with the Bioness L300 device, however when unavailable, simple Russian stimulation was used.

- Lecturer for the Habilitation and Rehabilitation course in the Fall 2013. Topics included lifting, range of motion, transfers and bed mobility, wheelchair mobility, ADA requirements, wound care, gait and motor control. - Lab Instructor for the Kinesiology course in the summer of 2013. Topics included types of muscle contractions, anatomy, arthrokinematics, osteokinematics, palpation, active insufficiency and passive insufficiency - Motivated and taught students in the 15-month PTA program by presenting course material and building strong rapport with my students. - Collaborated with Program Director to develop the PTA program in order to obtain APTA accreditation.

-Evaluated and treated patients with traumatic and acquired brain injuries, spinal cord injuries and comorbid or independent orthopedic injuries and complications. -Improved upon evaluation processes with new evidence-based examination tests and tools. -Provided primary research and recommendations for large equipment purchasing. -Trained team leaders on techniques for better collaboration amongst residential staff and professional staff and other rehabilitation related topics.
