As Vice President, Associate General Counsel for Global Law Enforcement and Information Security based in Washington, DC, oversaw Yahoo!'s global policies and procedures for: responding to law enforcement requests in criminal and national security investigations as well as other requests for user data; complying with law enforcement requirements related to data retention and data access; investigating and remediating security incidents. Also, advised the business on child safety, information security, and online abuse issues. Managed law enforcement outreach and participated in public policy efforts on issues of focus, including testifying before House of Representatives. Managed law enforcement-related litigation, including litigation before FISA Court and FISA Court of Review. Lead CDA Section 230 amicus efforts and participated in defense on key Yahoo cases.
