Achievements include: growing the household category revenue by more than 50% while continuing to grow margin rate and profitability per item and developing new items in the apparel category that substantially exceeded new item performance goals. Streamlined external partner relationships: rationalizing under-performing vendors and consolidating items with preferred vendors, saving shipping freight, managing inventory turn more efficiently and evading back order dollars. Subject matter expert for the companies ERP system as well as the Business Intelligence Reporting System asking as a project lead for business enhancements and acting as a resource for the Merchandising, Marketing and Inventory Management teams.
