Manages practice with 12 physicians, 3 physician assistants and 50 support staff. Ensures five offices open and close daily, as per established schedules Facilitates for payroll, staff performance and recruitment for all five offices. Responsible to oversee staff recruitment, training, supervision and appraisals; address employee issues with confidentiality for all five offices. Trains new staff in accordance with HR guidelines. Regularly reviews productivity and make staffing adjustments as needed Conduct regular staff meetings and annual performance evaluations. Oversees daily practice operations which may include scheduling of appointments and procedures that have to do with billing, safety measures, and security. Maintains compliance in areas such as OSHA, HIPAA, coding issues and assist in updating policies & procedures. Certifies daily monetary collections and deposits were posted, tracked and balanced with 100% accuracy. Handles patient care services relative to medical records documentation, charting, filing, transcription, appointment scheduling, refunds, patient recalls and collections ensuring HIPAA compliance. Participates in the implementation and ongoing roll-out of the EMR in the practice.
