Private Sector clients & industries include: Financial Services; Property & Construction; Natural Resources & Energy; FMCG; Pharmaceutical; and Retail. Public Sector clients include: Central Government Departments; Executive Agencies & NDPBs; Charity & Social Enterprise; NHS; Local Government; and Professional, Trade & Membership Bodies. ✔ Operations: CRM/Database/ATS Implementation and Integration; Researcher Training and Team Management; Process Improvement & Efficiency Creation; Client Documentation Review; Workforce Planning & Restructuring. ✔ Talent Acquisition: In-House Recruitment Delivery; Building Recruitment Strategies & Processes; 3rd Party Partners/Vendors and External Resource Management; Advertising Response Management; Talent Pipeline Mapping; and Brief, Advertisement & Documentation Creation.
