My role involves managing investments from cradle to grave - I am responsible for sourcing, deal structuring and execution, portfolio management, incl. board responsibilities, to exit planning and execution. During my time in IFU, I have covered mostly India and Sub-Saharan Africa across sectors. Since 2022, I am co-leading our investment activities within healthcare in India and South Africa. IFU is the Danish DFI and Denmark's leading impact investor. We manage 1.8bn USD of capital and have been frontrunners in mobilizing and combining private and public capital with the aim of building greener and more just and inclusive economies in emerging markets. For healthcare, this translates into a focus on affordability and accessibility to quality healthcare products and services through financially and environmentally sustainable business models.
