•Efficient management and leadership of the national Volunteering Works team; enabling a working environment that recognises and supports, innovative and sustainable approaches to better satisfy current and prospective client’s/stakeholder’s expectations. Establishing and cultivating high standard quality project delivery across the team to meet and or exceed KPIs • Conveying a high focus on team development, well-being, and growth; providing line management to project managers and overall guidance to whole team. Creating a positive employee experiencing by operating within self-managed team model, allowing freedom, trust, and support to work in ways that suit individual needs without compromising business needs. •Leading on the implementation of continuous improvement strategy for the team within the wider objectives of the Enterprise Directorate of the charity. Through focused groups and collaborative approaches designed to advance product, service, quality attainment, reputation, safety assurances consequently resulting in retaining client contracts and business growth of the charity. •CSR consultancy; leading and or advising on policy and strategy of national CSR objectives/projects as part of wider global CSR programmes. Generating targeted and agile approaches to bring about social and environmental change through sustainable business and community engagement. •Responsible for robust end to end account and programme management for 5+ clients; establishing, implementing, sustaining and developing CSR policy, objectives, relationships, programmes, contracts and impact reports/press resources. •Successfully building stakeholder partnerships and networking to actively advance business growth and investment in the charity, to bring sustainable and life changing social impact to localised and national communities
