Support worker for high-risk young people experiencing homelessness in London. This role is situated in a supported housing hostel of 16 residents, aged 16-27, in central London. The purpose of the role is to organise key work sessions that focus on supporting the young people on improving their current and future circumstances; usually targeting NEET, mental health and move on assessments. A minimum caseload of 5 residents is allocated at any given time and it’s expected to be of support to all residents, for any appropriate need, if necessary.
