Emma Pugsley

After 25 years working in corporate finance roles, which were largely sedentary and at times highly stressful, I have first hand appreciation of the value to me (my family, my employer and my community) of maintaining a good level of health and wellbeing. I believe we all have a role to play in our own wellbeing, we individually are responsible for our lifestyle choices while our family, our employer and our community also have a very large supporting role to play. Myall Wellbeing (Myall) was established to deliver a holistic approach to health and wellbeing services and brings together a “collective” of health industry professionals, with the skills, experience and passion, to create and deliver a range of wellbeing programs specifically tailored for the organisation and its employees; providing the instruction and coaching that is supportive and inspiring.
