I founded adapfin to re-architect core banking for an AI-driven future. adapfin makes Nucleus BankOS(tm), an AI-native banking platform designed to replace the fragmented, integration-heavy core systems that have constrained innovation, inflated operating costs, and amplified risk across financial institutions for decades. Our platform unifies core processing, data, risk, compliance, and intelligence into a single, secure operating system built for regulatory reality and modern scale. As CEO, I lead platform vision, product strategy, and market positioning—working closely with financial institutions, regulators, and industry partners to deliver infrastructure that enables faster product launches, lower operating complexity, and materially improved resilience. Exium delivers performance and protects users & IoT devices by bringing the security perimeter to the device using 5G networking. Exium was acquired by Netgear in June 2025!

The Franklin Foundation for Innovation was a 501(c)(3) organization working to ensure all American children have access to a quality public school education regardless of the circumstances within which they were born. We partnered with community-based organizations to provide funding and focus while providing innovative programs that engage, educate, influence, and inform.

Currently serve as security leader for one of Customer Bank's subsidiaries which will spin-off in the near future. Responsible for implementation of key controls, development of processes, and implementation of the security program necessary to pass regulatory and 3rd party audit.

Developed and provided visionary leadership over the organization’s Global Advisory Services group which served c-level executives in Global 50 organizations on matters ranging from Cloud Technology to Business Transformation.

Lead the enterprise mobility solutions practice for Ricoh's Business Consulting organization which was focused to Ricoh's Fortune 1000 customer base. Gave presentations on mobility, mobile security, development practices, SaaS modeling, VDI, cloud computing, hybrid solutions, and remote work program development to c-level customers. Developed Ricoh's mobile maturity model.

Led an agile group of engineers, analysts, architects, and administrators for a growing B2B VoIP carrier. Was accountable for system availability and uptime, DevOps, SCRUM leadership, and platform troubleshooting/engineering post-development.
