Greensaver.org is a service organization for Natural Resources Canada/ Ministry of Energy Canada. We help implement Natural Resources Canada programs for energy saving in residential buildings. My role as a manager includes many tasks , some of my achievements so far include: *Established a newly structured Energy Evaluation department with well defined K.P.I's * Developed new reporting systems and improved the energy evaluations department visual analytics. * Implemented processes, trained and managed contractors and helped in rolling out Canada's Greener Homes Program designed by Natural Resources Canada. * Negotiated new agreements with Energy Advisors to advance the NRCAN Greener Homes program.
