• Support the Investment Committee and Portfolio Review & Valuation Committee by identifying prospective investments’ key risks to ensure they are understood/valued (e.g. attractive of new countries, industry, projects). • Assist the quarterly portfolio valuation process by reviewing the potential project’s value enhancements, risks mitigation and de-risking plan that affect their value (e.g. risk unwinding, cash yield, contingency, revenue, costs). • Responsible for the design and implementation of the Project Review process, which scrutinises the asset management plan to keep risks under control (e.g. ESG, volume risk, tax, financing), and enhance value drivers strategies (inc. planned distributions) ensuring SPV compliance with the risk management controls. • Develop and implement operational/financial performance KPIs to monitor the investment thesis of ~30 assets. • Develop and implement approval templates to be used to seek bespoke approval (e.g. refinancing, disputes management) from the Portfolio Review and Valuation Committee. • Review and implement the Counterparty Credit Exposure Framework (existing or potential: EPC, O&M, Lenders), including the review of commercial protections, key financial ratios, exposure against credit policy appetite. • Redesigned the asset information records and data flow, enhancing their transparency and reliability.
