Job Purpose: In charge of all the day-to-day activities of running the station including sales, cash collection, banking and reporting; enforcement of all regulations, procedures and company policies while ensuring that the station is run as per the norms and standards of the organization. Key Responsibilities includes: 1. Financial Directing and managing the financial performance of the station Meeting the different cost center, revenue and performance targets Preparing weekly cost center performance reports In charge of all the banking activities of the station Ensuring all staff shorts are properly documented and recovered immediately Preparing and reconciling the petty cash report Following up on collection of debts from credit customers Managing the credit customers effectively and efficiently by ensuring they do not violate the agreed terms 2.Sales, Stock Management and Reporting Escorting fuel truck from the depot and offloading while ensuring all safety procedures are followed Meeting different cost center sales performance targets Prospecting for new customers Preparing all the reports required at the station and forwarding the same to the head office Updating the forecourt management system in place Properly managing all company stock at the station, ensuring no loss of the same Conducting wet stock reconciliations Reporting any damages or malfunctioning of equipment to the head office on a timely basis Health Safety and Environment Policies Conducting quality checks on product received from the depot and conducting daily checks on the tanks Prompt incident reporting and resolutions/ closure of non-conformities raised during safety audits Following ISO procedures and maintaining the records for the department as per standards Any other duties as may be assigned by the direct supervisor for the benefit of the company
