Provided Systems Engineering Technical Support to 15 National Reconnaissance Office senior government officials with the responsibility of acting as a change agent by overhauling products, projects, and deliverables to increase efficiencies. Managed 28 Systems Engineers and $9M budget in the Risk Mitigation Team and Enterprise Planning & Scheduling Team for a National Reconnaissance Office contract driving successful end-to-end satellite system acquisition lifecycle processes. Provided expert daily oversight to two teams with the responsibility of providing Systems Engineering Technical Support to over 45 projects, leading to two consecutive 95% Award Fee scores. Hand selected to lead the staffing on three major Intelligence Community Request for Proposals; effectively staffed contracts with 140 FTE and 230 FTE by balancing cost, skillset, and teaming agreements with over 20 subcontractors. Provided customer and company leadership an in-depth analysis of current versus proposed contract experience levels, resulting in considerable customer updates to RFP and ensuring customer has skill-sets required to execute future mission. Served as the Chief of Staff for an Air Force Base Commanding Officer. Managed the flow of information in and out of the Commander's office and am responsible for all staff actions for the 5,000 member installation. Led a staff to ensure the installation's promotions, leadership development assignments, annual performance appraisals and executive decisions are administered properly and with integrity in order to protect the interests of the organization.

Led a 24/7 Nuclear Command & Control Operations Center for 5,000 members and 63 KC-135 tanker aircraft. This nerve center is entrusted with receiving, processing, executing, and reporting nuclear execution and termination instructions from the National Military Command Center and U.S. Strategic Command. Incident Response Center Key Personnel – Served as key member of Air Force Base’s Incident Response Center; responsible for the organization’s secure communications and emergency actions; primary duty within Incident Response center was to recommend advice and inform the base commander of proper response. Exercise Evaluation Team Member - Served on an Air Force Base’s Exercise Evaluation Team as a trusted member with the responsibility of crafting exercise scenarios for a secure communications center

Oversaw the deployment scheduling and readiness of 84 personnel to conduct operations in Iraq/Afghanistan/Libya. Managed the unit’s 40 training programs and 5,000+ training items to ensure personnel were ready to execute the mission at a moment's notice. De-conflicted unit’s deployments/leave/professional military education/training to ensure 100% mission success.

Responsible for training C-5 aircrew members to operate safely in a combat environment. Authored three Air Force-level aircrew training programs and instructed over 250 aviators in the effective employment of the C-5's highly-technical missile defense system.
