My current duties include: • Developing business cases focused on value creation of new business lines based on data and platforms. • Managing, and supervising projects, including leading teams and relations with clients from scratch to closing. • Carring out as -is analysis, to be models and roadmaps to improve the business performance and operational models of commercial/Marketing areas. • Defining and linking value using Value tree methodology. • Analyzing Martech/Adtech technologies, such as, CDP’s to help clients decide the best platforms to transform its business. • Defining talent recruitment strategy plan and mentoring team members. • Part of the Executive team. • Mentoring team of consultants.
