Manufacturing: - Liasing between UK GCE and Hermosillo ESAB plant. - Develop and improve process flow, work instructions and visual aids. - Documentation control. - Design new equipment process and procedures. - BOM analysis. - Fixture design and implementation. - Engineering Change Order (ECO) implementation. - Maintain updated the Job Safety Analysis (JSA). - Coordinate equipment maintenance and repair services. - Assure that manufacturer´s procedures and instructions are followed to keep production equipment operational. - Promote a safe work environment and ensure safety practices are followed. - ESD protection implementation and training. - Manage the POC repair center and lead 4 repair technicians. - Monitor and improve personnel and workstations security and ergonomy. - Responsible of the area at-risks behaviors and at-risk conditions. Quality: - KPI´s daily metrics management: FPY, PPMS, scrap. - First Article Inspection (FAI) release process. - Root cause analysis (8D, pareto, RCCM, 5 why´s, Ishikawa). - Participate in MRB disposition of non-conforming products. - Develop and maintenance of DHR documents. - Development and improvement of FMEA and control plans. - Perform and support internal audits. - Support ISO 13485 external audits. - Successful quality CAPEX projects implementations.

- Direct and lead a team of twenty skilled technicians, maintaining human resource objectives by orienting, training, assigning, scheduling, and coaching employees. - Coordinate TPM, corrective and preventive maintenance in automation equipment and presses. - Maintain operational availability for equipment improving MTTR & MTBF metrics. - Use of IBM Maximo for Maintenance (MFM) to document all maintenance activities (crisis and planned). - Participate in new launch models CX430 (Bronco) and P758 (Maverick) equipment installation and tryouts. - Troubleshooting tool 8D´s.

- Full management of polyurethane injection molding systems Krauss-Maffei and Frimo in the FOAM arm rest and consoles departments. - Analysis and handling of foam equipment with a total of 4 liquid storage tanks, 8 pressure vessels, 4 heat exchangers, 14 pumps and 17 mix-heads, debugging 15 mold carriers and 23 foam molds. - Determine the process parameters for the molding of part numbers, assessing processes, taking measurements and interpreting data. - TPM and corrective maintenance of polyurethane equipment. - Review processes and procedures developing best practices, routines and innovative solutions on an on-going basis for safety, quality and production efficiency.
