Ascertain hike safety ensuring that all hikers and improved enjoyment such as group numbers, age, pace, breaks and that emergency procedures are in place and followed. Delegate key roles and responsibilities at each hike to help manage the group and empower people to discover their strengths such as p of team leader or deputy. Manage a hikers member chat group to learn and share experiences while sharing the memorable moments and lessons learned. Work with the authorities and local guides to ensure a smooth-running hike season.
