Develop & deliver a procurement strategy for Latam (MVNO, mobile plan, M2M, broadband). • Develop & deliver a procurement strategy for Brazil (Telco and Mobility), include category approach, supplier rationalization, Sign On/Off aligned to business needs. • Deep understanding of Procurement policies and governance and underpinned by thorough assessment of guidelines awareness and end-to-end case demonstration. • Supplier Development, Management and go-to-market strategies: experienced in launching ITTs, RFPs, RFQs, benchmarking, negotiation and in-life monitoring and evaluation; • Strong ability to negotiate complex agreements with Telco companies.
