National project set up a CMMS in order to standardize methods and procedures between the 35 SNCFmaintenance centers. - Responsible of the project management : change management, communication, deadlines - In charge of animating and piloting the monthly steering committee - Responsible of the respect of the project schedule (milestones) - In charge of the project reporting

(Fleet of 173 trainsets – team of 8 people) - In charge of the methods and planning team’s management, communication, control of the tasks performed and respect of the indicators : o Negociate and planify the yearly preventive maintenance workload that will be assigned to our maintenance center for the next coming year, o Carry out the yearly , quarterly and weekly preventive and curative maintenance task lists and maintenance plans o Study the weekly adequacy between load and manpower capacity - Conduct meetings (on a weekly and daily basis) with the maintenance operators to have a feedback about the work plans fulfilment using KPIs. - Manage continuous improvement projects - Update the technical documentation (maintenance standards , record sheets)

Amélioration du plan de maintenance de la climatisation de la série. Résultats estimés : ----------------- Diminution du taux de la maintenance corrective de 20% : Gain de 2,4 jours en immobilisation. Diminution des fuites sur les groupes de 20% : Gain de 0,75 jours en immobilisation. Amélioration de la compétence d’analyse des agents de maintenance. Hiérarchisation des différentes opérations de maintenance préventives à effectuer sur la série grâce aux Inventaires de Travaux de Maintenance. 2. Enquête sur le terrain pour estimer le temps ainsi que les outils et installations nécessaires pour chaque opération. 3. Élaboration de plan de travaux à partir des données récoltées. 4. Validation du plan de travaux sur le terrain. Résultats atteints : ------------------ Les plans de travaux proposés sont opérationnels et exploitables.
