This position was an individual contributor role for supporting our international operations (UK, EMEA, APAC, US, CIS and LATAM regions) in a variety of Renewable Energy projects and acting as an ambassador of our brand overseas. The main focus of my role is to lead and oversee our multilingual executive research function and play an HR generalist role within the company. The research function is expected to play a large and important role in an executive search business as Quanta - which is also our main differentiation among our competitors. I am also responsible for designing of the best BD strategy and timetable to address our varying global projects. I joined to Quanta as a Researcher and I was promoted to Head of Research - role that I headed up for a year - prior to be a an active member of the Board and an Executive Director of this business during more than 4 years. I am still a member of the Board as a Non-Executive Director and a minority Share Holder.
