Benchmarked organisation’s EDI progress against global standards. • Strategy and action plans: Development and delivery of robust, data-led inclusion and diversity strategy, working with functions across the organisation including HR and the SLT. • Learning and development: Designed inclusion learning programme. Deliver workshops and webinars to colleagues and key stakeholders. • Thought leadership: Write thought leadership pieces on equity, diversity, inclusion and belonging and coach colleagues from marketing communications, research and other departments to integrate EDI thinking into their areas of expertise. • Peer collaboration: Conducted pitch interviews and collaborated on project design and invitation to tender for an equality, diversity and inclusion research project with sector peers, analysing the demographics, perceptions of EDI and sense of belonging of over 600,000 professionals worldwide. • Charity governance: Ensure that EDI is integrated into existing governance structures.
