Foster a culture of intentional change by aligning organizational vision and actionable steps to mitigate risk. I am energized by designing strategic organizational change management plans, strategic communications, and procedures that empower and help teams solve organizational problems. • Change Management: Increases user adoption by implementing the Prosci ADKAR methodology to modify processes, technical assistance, and technology, according to organizational structure. • Program Management: Partners with advisory boards to provide oversight, thought leadership, and guidance in establishing best practices to drive inclusive organizational initiatives. Keeps projects resourced, on time, and under budget. • Program Evaluation: Defines and analyzes key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the efficacy of strategic organizational initiatives.
