In charge of creating our software and platform and also taking care of all our technology matters. My mission is to build an amazing team and together provide a solid base to support all of our goals: drive an educational revolution using games and eSports. I have chosen Java, React, Kubernetes and cloud as our main technologies. With a microservices strategy and using agile concepts, also with a continuous integration approach we are able to be very efficient and keep moving fast with our backlog. My role as CTO included high and strategic definitions, talking with the owners and other C-Level pairs and management of everything related with software engineering. People management, hiring process, define of our process and methods and create our culture of results and delivery. I was also directly in charge of architectural definitions, guidelines, code reviews and sometimes also coding as part of the team. Every day is a new challenge and every day our team is committed and responds well to the business needs and the speed of a great startup.
