Purchasing Commodity Manager responsible for Body Closures EMEA components perimeter, for a total turnover managed of approximately 780 Mio €, with global multinational companies and locals suppliers. The main systems/clusters of perimeter are Handles, Mirrors, Door Systems, Sealings and Hinges. As system manager, I have direct responsibility of yearly budgets of my commodity, reporting directly to the Head of Unit of Body and Raw materials. Also, I am responsible for overall results in terms of reaching quality goals (Quality first program), to guarantee the production for Company’s manufacturing plants by managing direct material flows, to monitor, develop and present to directors the purchasing strategies in terms of bid list and key/partner suppliers. Body closures team consists of six people, with different experience and background. My goal is to lead them in order to achieve all System unit’s goals and overall company’s target and to support them to share experiences and knowledge, to allow them to grow their professional skills and feed their aspirations and career’s expectations.

My principal target is to develop and implement group synergies aimed to achieve the budget of the commodity, where suppliers are the principal multinational of this sector. I am particularly careful to the aspects of maximum quality of the products purchased.
