Adfico is a change manager and consultancy company aiming for a better world. It takes on management assignments where there is a need for change or strategic development, preferably where there will be a positive impact on the environment from its assignments. Current assignments range from negotiating the construction of additional railway infrastructure on a national scale to implementing business models for circular waste management within the construction sector. Adfico is also a venture capitalist working with green tech and sustainable food production and it assumes an active role in the invested companies.
