Main responsibilities consist in origination, analysis, due diligence coordination, structuring, negotiation and execution of investments in the Renewable Energy market. I manage investments from A to Z, starting with the origination (thanks to the wide network of the main players of the industry) and preliminary analysis, through the building and leading of a dedicated team, preparation and presentation of papers to IC, ending with the negotiation and execution of the transaction documents.
