International Fundraising and Resource Mobilization Strategies

I advise global organizations, INGOs, foundations, multilateral agencies, and private-sector actors on strengthening external relations, resource mobilization systems, and high-value partnerships. My work focuses on enhancing institutional visibility, securing multi-million and multi-year funding, and aligning key stakeholders around strategic impact objectives. I design and implement integrated resource mobilization approaches, major donor and UHNW engagement strategies, corporate partnerships, institutional fundraising portfolios, and multi-stakeholder engagement models. I operate across Europe, Africa, MENA, LATAM, and Asia, supporting organizations in both development and emergency environments. Selected clients & mandates: UN agencies; EU-funded programmes; humanitarian and development INGOs; philanthropic foundations; UHNW philanthropists; private-sector groups in health, sustainability, and social impact. Key contributions: • Supported strategies contributing to over €1B in secured funding from philanthropic, corporate, bilateral, and multilateral donors. • Led or advised on high-value proposals and negotiations with USAID, FCDO, DANIDA, NZAID, MAECI, SDC, EU institutions, the World Bank, and DFIs. • Strengthened global pipelines for major donors, UHNWIs, and corporates, improving long-term relationship management and income diversification. • Designed resource mobilization and partnership frameworks adopted by organizations with global mandates. • Supported emergency fundraising operations and rapid donor alignment during crisis contexts. I blend strategic insight, donor intelligence, and relationship leadership to help organizations expand their funding base and unlock sustainable impact.
