I founded this firm in December 2008 and have worked with a plethora of organizations nationally and internationally. We bestow guidance and advice on developing training and consulting programs to ensure compliance and risk management standards for reducing the number of foodborne illnesses annually, regulatory audits such as FSVP, GFSI GAP, GMP, Internal, and Supply Chain. We also offer training in these areas and others such as Food Fraud and Food Defense. Our goal is to assist clients by providing services that exceed regulatory compliance for their business endeavors. We have worked with many international corporations; I have written hundreds of articles on food safety for various trade publications (see partial list in bio) and developed customized software food safety inspections for various facilities based on the current FDA Food Code. Most recently, I have partnered with two brilliant gentlemen to create TracSavvy, which has created a one-of-a-kind SaaS product to track regulatory certifications...more to come on that. Speaking at many national/international conferences is something else I have enjoyed doing over the past several years.
