As Regional Head of Delivery/VP of Delivery & Operations I am accountable for the delivery strategy of the EMEA region which comprises all the units within it: Business Units, 50 squared accounts and other account clusters. Current scope of this role in EMEA represents a set of multiple portfolios, with around 60 active clients in different countries (Spain, Portugal, United Kingdom, France, Germany, Switzerland), responsible for delivering $160M a year. At its core, this role has accountability over establishing appropriate strategies to ensure business development in existing markets, foster business expansion into new markets, run region operations, while ensuring delivery and quality of services to end clients.
