Strategic Responsibilities & Deliverables: -Responsible for the overall safety, quality and performance and customer experience of several logistics sites within Southern California. -Drives creation of quality initiatives, process change initiatives and other Lean initiatives to enable the Region's logistics sites and Staffs to meet and exceed business plan and targets. -Will set and clarify requirements and expectations for Logistics Site Leads.
