Clients such as Brightstar Corporation, Encore Repair Services, Smart Circle and The Retail Outsource have secured the services of Climaco Consulting LLC to engage with projects involving Target Corporation, Marketsource, Consensus, Sprint, RadioShack,General Wireless, Sam’s Club and various other retailers. Worked with Brightstar Corporation transitioning the Mobile Departments at 1500+ Target locations from external to internal businesses. Devised steady state improvements and optimization to labor investments, reporting and governance. Worked with The Retail Outsource on a wireless launch project in the Chicago area. Building and training a fresh workforce and field leaders to operate Sprint wireless stores. Provided retail expertise to Brightstar Corporation in support of General Wireless / RadioShack supply Chain transition. Connecting field leadership to supply chain activities and handling expectations / needs. Retained by Encore Repair Services to aid in the relocation of a core repair facility that provides services to one of the major carriers. Strategically working on establishing retail connections to accelerate Encore forward sales and to develop new reverse opportunities. Contracted by Smart Circle International to provide wireless expertise for the transition of over 500 Sam’s Club mobility locations. Intent on creating best of class metrics, processes and results.
