To date 75% of ETFMG exchange traded funds are first to market spanning such sectors as cybersecurity, cannabis, mobile payments and video gaming. • Oversee portfolio management team including portfolio construction, trading, risk management and portfolio analysis processes associated with 21 ETF strategies representing over $7bn in AUM at peak. • Leverage passive portfolio management techniques and knowledge of the capital markets to develop trade execution strategies designed to reduce impact on performance. • Maintain trading, authorized participant and market maker relationships for the firm. • Monitor portfolios, drive improvements to the portfolio management process and collaborate with others on operational and investment risk in order to manage the funds effectively. • Redesigned portfolio management workflow including data flow, risk dashboard, optimization and rebalancing custom basket generation, etc. Recommended and implemented Eze Castle to replace outdated OMS//EMS/Compliance Platform. This resulted in reduced realized tracking error by over 65% and fewer trading issues. • Collaborated with Legal & Compliance to develop a Derivatives Risk Management Program in order to comply with rule 18f-4. First fund complex to launch leveraged funds under 6c-11. • Communicate directly with the Board of Trustees for all issues involved with the management, trading and performance of the funds.
