Fred Gortner

Frederick Gortner is a co-founder, COO and Head of U.S. Strategy of Paladin Realty Partners, LLC. Founded in 1995, Paladin Realty Partners, LLC is a U.S. SEC Registered Investment Advisor headquartered in Los Angeles, California. The firm acts as a real estate fund manager, investment advisor and operator on behalf of institutional, family office and high net worth clients, focused on value-add and opportunistic investments in the United States and select markets in Latin America. To date, Paladin Realty has invested in over $6 billion of real estate spanning hundreds of properties in eight countries throughout the Americas, including $2 billion of U.S. real estate spanning a range of product types, markets and strategies, including value-added apartment properties totaling over 15,000 units. In addition, Paladin has one of the longest track records of any institutional fund manager in Latin America, actively investing in Brazil, Mexico and the Andean region since 1998, encompassing more than $4 billion of real estate, including over 200 assets and over 38,000 housing units, as well as select commercial and mixed-use properties.
