I am a Strategic Community Investment Specialist consultant. We conduct research and do consulting on corporate social investment, corporate social responsibility, socio-economic development, social development and community development. This includes policies, strategies, pre-assessments, impact assessments, application management and a host of other related services. Our flagship product the Corporate Care Check is the longest running CSI research product in South Africa and offers valuable strategic and management information for our clients. I specialise in compiling community development strategies for communities through our Community Strategies product. This identifies development gaps in a community and helps donors/ grantmakers/ investors to direct their spending in that community. My approach is that we want to solve social problems and not just alleviate them. This approach contributes towards designing sustainable solutions for social challenges within a community. This is a new cutting edge approach in social development. We also conduct sport and communication related research.
