Africa’s development depends on the building of an efficient, inclusive, and sustainable financial sector. To this end, AFIS stimulates dialogue between governments, regulators and top banks, insurance companies, mobile monday operators and fintech in a continent whose growth potential is curtailed by a misdirection of available funds. The aim of AFIS is to build a robust financial industry to serve real economy and sustainable development. ​ It supports Africa’s financial industry in its transformation​. It brings together the most influential leaders, regulators, and institutions of African finance. It works to improve financial inclusion and the emergence of a true pan-African industry of financial services and gives voice to the most influential players of African finance​. AFIS is actively committed to contributing to the success of the African Continental Free Trade Area (AfCFTA), which should accelerate the integration and growth of Africa’s financial sector. Founded by Jeune Afrique Media Group in 2021, with the support of IFC (World Bank Group), AFIS is a sister organization of the AFRICA CEO FORUM, the leading platform of the African private sector.

Through the AFRICA CEO FORUM and the Africa Financial Summit - AFIS, Jeune Afrique Media Group's Events subsidiary has built African's leading platforms for debate, meetings and networking, with more than 3,000 participants every year. Our platforms aim to be known, recognised and unavoidable for the communities of economic and political leaders of Africa. From mid 2021, my role as Deputy CEO was to work with Jeune Afrique Media Group management team to relaunch the event business after the Covid period and to implement a long-term development strategy. In 2022, three physical events gathering more than 4000 participants and more than 10 digital events have been organised, with an annual turnover multiplied by 10 times. Number of employees of the Events division have grown from 5 to 15. That same year, AFIS inaugural in-person edition took place in Togo. From 2022 to 2024, Africa CEO Forum's revenues have grown by a quarter and AFIS's turnover by nearly three quarters.

Launched in 2021, EvoLex Africa was the reference platform for African legal leaders, dedicated to the evolution of the practice of business law on the continent. It aims to federate the African legal communities in order to bring concrete answers to the improvement of the business climate and to promote the development of a legal practice of world standard. EvoLex Africa offered : - A platform for exchanges, discussions and practical workshops - A platform for solving the legal challenges identified by the community - The ideal place for legal practitioners to develop or expand their business - A way to create strong links between lawyers within the continent and with the rest of the world.

Kunbo is a company active in the field of events and strategic information. Specialized in African business, Kunbo creates and structures debates and networking platforms dedicated to the leaders of African economies.

Launched in 2021, The AFRICA FINANCIAL INDUSTRY SUMMIT (AFIS) is the leading platform for the African financial industry leaders. I am acting as the General Secretary of the Advisory Board, a structure composed of more than 30 leaders of the financial industry, helping AFIS to be at the forefront of the strategic issues faced by the profession Designed from 2018 onwards, the first edition of the AFRICA FINANCIAL INDUSTRY SUMMIT took place on March 10-11 2021. Online because of the Covid-19 pandemics. The first event dedicated to the whole financial industry, the Summit gathered more than 700 participants : bankers, insurers, central bankers, regulators, fintech, mobile money operators, microfinance CEOs. Many VIPs from the sector (like the CEOs of Mpesa Africa, Orange Bank, Access Bank, Equity Bank, Attijariwafa Bank and Governors of Kenya Central Bank and West African States Central Bank) attended. 28 sessions were organized, with nearly 110 speakers. Durint this period, I acted as structurer and lead coordinator of this project/event.

The AFRICA CEO FORUM is the world’s leading high-level international meeting of African CEOs. 2019 edition took place in Kigali, March 25-26.

Since January 2018 and after five years as the head of the economics and business editorial team, I took the management of the content team of the events organized by Jeune Afrique Media Group. In this capacity, I lead the program of the main conferences, including the Africa CEO Forum, which brings together nearly 2,000 active economic decision-makers in Africa each year. I also participate in the reflection around the conference development strategy. As an advisor to the executive management of Jeune Afrique, I also work on the development of the group's editorial development strategy, including the creation of new businesses and economic offerings. I regularly facilitate conferences on African business issues.

Head of economic and business editorial content at Jeune Afrique (weekly, website, special issues and professional platform). Strongly involved in the elaboration of the editorial strategy of the economic publications of the group. Co-led the editorial design, participated in the launch and formed the team of Jeune Afrique Business+. This platform of professional information for the business community in Africa launched in 2017. Co-led the editorial launch of Jeune Afrique Emploi. From 2013 to 2017, interviewer at "Le Grand Invité RFI-Jeune Afrique", a monthly interview with an African economic decision maker. "Le Grand Invité" is broadcast every first Saturday of the month on RFI, the leading French radio for round-the clock international news. Editorial advisor at "Reussite", the first TV business magazine dedicated to Africa aired on Canal + Ouest et Centre (pay-TV channels in french-speaking Africa). Lasting 52 minutes, Reussite had broadcasted monthly from january 2014 to end 2020. Moderator of conferences, including "Les conférences Jeune Afrique" in June and october 2017.
