Infact, ZenFinancial pioneered Mortgage Lead Generation into India. The very concept of Hot Transfers, was pioneered by ZenFinancial.

DelhiNet was the 1st company in India to offer Domain-based Web Hosting. Signed up with Network Solutions in 1998, and were the 1st Partner of Netsol in India, and one of the initial few partners worldwide for Netsol. Thanks to the partnership, we started offering domains to the Indian Public in Indian Rupees. In 1999 itself, Netsol acknowledged our hard work, and awarded us the Best Partner award. And there was nothing stopping us. In the year 2000, we became the 1st Gold Partner of Netsol in India, and the 2nd Gold Partner of Netsol in Asia-Pacific. As for Web Hosting and Servers, we tied up with one of the Biggest Players in the market at that time i.e. Exodus, and we were instrumental in bringing them to India, and offering their World class services to Indian companies. Was instrumental in bringing MCI WorldCom to India, to offer International Private Leased Circuit (IPLC) (US-end) to India corporate and call centers. To complete the IPLC offering and to be also offer the India-end, joined hands with VSNL, which had at that time been recently acquired by Tatas. Bharti came into the Market, which when they wanted us to join them a partner, and we did so, and we were instrumental in getting the Initial few Big Orders for Bharti. When Reliance came into the market, they knew that we were the key player in the IPLC market, and they wanted us to join them, which we did, and we did get Reliance their initial Big Orders. Along with IPLC, we did also start offering complete Connectivity and Telecom Solutions to the BPO / Call Center Industry, for which we tied up with various wave Telecom companies like Qwest, Cable & Wireless, Global Crossing, IntelSat, Reach, Savvis, Singtel, Sprint, Switch & Data, Telehouse, Tyco, XATMI, XO, etc. Call Centers wanted to Host their Servers and Dialers in the US, and since we were already in Hosting, we were one of the 1st players in the market to offer them complete Hosted Solutions.
With the Real Estate boom hitting India, got involved in Real Estate Marketing, and setup a Portal to offer New Project Launches to NRIs and Indians. Got into Land Consolidation and acquisition, and consolidated 2,500 Acres of Arid land for a US Fund, who wanted to do Jhatropa (Bio-Diesel) Farming in India.
Started Mohindra Software at the time when Financial Accounting and other Customsed Software Market was at it’s infancy in India. Developed TOPWARE Business Accounting Software, which has a installed base of 200+ business houses all over India. Clients include organizations like Itochu Corporation, Mitsui & Co., Satnam Overseas, Shakti Bhog, Uttam Singh Manohar Singh (Baby Saffron), Orient Fashions, Vijay Cable Industries, Gold Video. Various CA Firms patronized TOPWARE, and referred it to their clients. TOPWARE was developed in Clipper (dBase Complier). For Itochu Corporation and Mitsui & Co., also developed Customised Software for all their Offices, all over India, and also computerized complete operations of all their offices. Was also instrumental in setting up initial Novell based Local Area Network (LAN) for HCL, Zenith, etc. Mohindra Software also got into Assembled Computer Sales, where we bundled our Software with Hardware, Networking, and did provide complete solutions, to many of our clients.
