Coordinating fabrication and component purchasing activities related to subsea rigid pipelines. Acting as the interface coordinator between the Project Management Team, Firing Line Engineering team, Spoolbase operations team and any third party on aspects related to pipeline fabrication. Coordinating and/or produces purchasing specifications for rigid pipeline and ancillary items. Coordinating on behalf of the Lead Rigid Pipeline Engineer, all aspects of pre-production engineering. Ensuring that spoolbase scope of work is issued and agreed between stakeholders. Ensuring that scheduling for pre-production works are aligned between stakeholders. Organising interface meetings between key stakeholders (PMT, Client, Spoolbase, etc.) during the pre-production phase. Interfacing on pre-production stage documentation. Coordinating with spoolbase of engineering specific details on fabrication methodology statements. Ensuring timely delivery and Production of key fabrication drawings such as flange pup pieces or stalk sheets. Coordinating client queries and comments during the pre-production phase. Organising the pre-production meeting, jointly with the spoolbase coordinator, ensuring a smooth transition towards the production phase of the project. Supporting in all elements of health, safety, security and environmental aspect for the organisation. Excellent communication skills at all levels while remaining dedicated to ensuring and understanding the company requirements and procedures. Implementing and supporting effective working practices and systems as required to continuously improve work scope delivery. Dealing efficiently and on own initiative with a high-volume workload. Working flexibly to accommodate the changing needs of the business, working long hours and taking on additional responsibility. Complying with all relevant procedures and deliver high standards of safety performance during all operations.

Supporting the successful running of the store, guide the team’s learning and development and be a go-to person for advice and support. Being a positive role model to the team, training on-board colleagues. Ensuring the store is safe and secure by performing daily checks. Preparing and presenting all store products, including from the bakery. Keeping the store well stocked and looking good. Being a key holder – often opening and closing the shop. Completing all activities in a timely accurate and efficient manner in accordance with procedures and work instructions. Responding promptly and effectively to changing circumstances, planning for contingencies and managing conflicting priorities. Supporting and improving team performance by sharing knowledge and best practices. Ensuring quality assurance of all work scopes are maintained, and all work is performed in accordance with company policies and the Health and Safety at work act.

Performing cleaning duties throughout the Unit, helping to promote a high level of cleanliness and hygiene.
