Co-founded Velocity Z to accelerate growth for early and mid-stage technology companies. Velocity Z provides everything from seed/growth capital to business services including marketing, engineering, business development, and back office capabilities to companies at the cusp of getting their products or services to market and those looking to grow rapidly. I primarily provide fractional CMO services to our portfolio companies where we use Agile methods to accelerate growth and adoption. By offering Agile marketing services we are able to start our portfolio companies on their journey with a foundation that is scalable while ensuring they can compete and win over the long term by being myopically focused on doing what’s best for their customers. We use data and analytics to continuously look for how to address and fix problems in real time. By living the mantra of “fail fast and iterate” we are able to deploy tests quickly, evaluate the results, and iterate rapidly. It’s an exciting time as I get to share my 30+ years of broad spectrum B2B, B2B2C, and B2C marketing knowledge and skills with companies aspiring to grow rapidly and build a sustainable brand. I can’t think of a better way to spend my time and energy than giving back to an industry that has provided so much for me over the years.
