Hurricane Sports Foundation link with local sports clubs and education centres across the UK to deliver PE/Sport in a unique fun way using NGB initiatives to increase and sustain participation levels (specialising in hockey initiatives). Role summary: 1. Ensure smooth delivery of education and community Sport/PE. 2. Research, develop and create new business opportunities and partnerships for delivery of NGB initiatives. 3. Ensure the company has workforce that can promote and deliver PE & Sport effectively. 4. Take a lead responsibility for the preparation and submission of high quality grant applications. 5. Ensure that all monitoring reports required as a result of successful grant applications are completed and returned accurately and on time. 6. Work with education centres, community sports clubs and other organisations to identify participation increase opportunities. 7. Assess skills and needs of all staff offering professional development to all. 8. Mentor and assist all staff with teaching/coaching strategies, planning and management to ensure the highest quality of delivery is on offer for all initiatives. 9.Manage resources and a budget and identifying potential opportunities for external funding. 10. Evaluate and monitor activities and projects using performance indicators. 11. Maintain records and producing written reports. 12. Liaise with sports clubs to develop best practice in coaching, youth development and issues such as safeguarding to manage clubs effectively
