My position with Camilleri Construction is to asist in the buying and procurement for its constrution division, along with assisting and overlooking various positions within the company. The company has grown from £200k turnover to almost £5m in 2019. The company has also been awarded with the Fastest Growth Company in Cardiff at the Fastest Growth 50 awards in 2015. Having progressed into various top level roles in the company, my current role is Operations Manager, This role allows me to put into practice various performance management procedures to assist with the day to running of CCL.

My Time in Hill House Hammond was for my part very enjoyable and helped me into a new career path, being a branch manager at 18 came with big responsibility. At the time, I had very little experience in the Branch Manager role, but had very good sales experience prior to being given the role of BM after 9 months with the company. Through support and effective training with HHH, I spent 6 years with the company until the company went into administration.
