Georg Schohl

I am member of Aerolite's executive board with responsibility for the finance, HR and IT departments. My main tasks include conducting financial closings, running the budgeting process, negotiating with banks and managing liquidity via accounts payable and receivable. Coordinating financial audits with external auditors and the owner is part of my duties. Driving the ERP implementation project was my biggest venture in the last years. Preparation of investment decisions and subsequent participation in the decision in the executive board are key tasks. Constant efficiency improvements are day to day tasks.
