Conducted HSE management of the following Dangote Fertilizer, East West Offshore Gas Gathering (EWOGGS) and West-African Exploration and Production Company (WAEP). • Design, fabrication, installation, Hook-up and Commissioning (HUC), development of procedures and roll out. • Development of Project Management HSSE policies and procedures. • Development of Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) for offshore and onshore locations • Review of Contractors Policy and Procedures. • Accident, Incident, Near Miss and Environmental Incident Investigation this includes Y Tree and Implementation of findings and recommendations during the investigation. • Auditing and Inspection of offshore and onshore facility, construction sites and fabrication facilities and implementation of recommendation and close out.
