Responsible for expanding and developing EL MATADOR business in the United States Institutional, foodservice and retail trade. The primary focus will begin on the existing distributor business, while also contributing the development of new Distributors / Brokers in order to grow and expand the market into Blue chip customers. This position will be an instrumental part of the channel sales growth and will assist with building the sales strategy and the business from current base. Leading contract negotiations with customers, new account acquisition, and growing the business by building new opportunities, will work to defend against competitive threats, work with internal resources to further develop relationships with key accounts and build a competitive advantage with EL MATADOR customers through the strategic use of business-specific resources. www.matadorbros.com
