In this role, I focus the experience and perspective of a diverse group of high-performing business leaders on critical issues and opportunities facing a CEO or Business Owner to create the “Vistage Peer Advantage.” I recruit members for private CEO peer advisory boards, facilitate confidential CEO advisory board meetings, match expert speakers to advisory board needs, and provide one-on-one executive coaching. Vistage is the world's leading chief executive organization, with over 45,000 members in 35 countries. It was founded in 1957 and is headquartered in San Diego, CA.
