Social innovation incubator tasks : 1- Coordination , planning and the implementation of the social innovation curriculum, supporting the lab participants with project implementation and growth using the evaluation tools developed by UNICEF. 2 -Prepare training tool box covering training topics needed for 3- Support the participants in implementing their innovation projects in their local communities. 4- Follow up the implementation of the trainees' projects, step by step . 5- Connect lab participants with a network of technical experts to support them with project refinement and growth. 6 -Ensure the timely and effective delivery of the trainings 7- implement monitoring and evaluation system/ feedback loops , knowledge of KoBo and analysis . 8- reporting on lab activities (quantitative and qualitative) and generate monthly reports per request and schedule. 9- Attend trainings/ meeting/ workshops and any activities conducted or organized by UNICEF. 10 - Liaise with and support key project staff to ensure that the program is running effectively and making best use of program resources. 11_ Establish and maintain appropriate working relationships with the government, institutions, partner organizations, local NGOs, etc. in the target areas; 12- Providing training on local entrepreneurship and/or small business development. High experience in providing virtual training. 13- Show the strengths in relationship management. Able to work with diverse groups of people in a multicultural and team-oriented environment. 14- Implementing entrepreneurship training: the entrepreneurship and small projects guide consists of (11) basic units divided over eight weeks. 15- Providing support and feedback to trainees in the entrepreneurship track while developing their business plans and following up on the delivery of their weekly assignments. 16- Update the frequently asked questions guide on entrepreneurship training and share it with each training group
