Working on the digital transformation project at YNV Group. Being an innovative Project Manager to manage key internal projects for the YNV Group and all its companies. Working with Global executives to ensure deliverables fall within the applicable scope and budget and coordinate with other departments to warrant all aspects of each project are compatible. • Perform detailed intake sessions with internal clients to clarify requirements • Determine project scope and objectives to ensure feasibility • Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress • Budget scope of work and resources and ensure resource allocation (internal and external) • Measure project performance and identify areas for improvement • Track project costs to meet budget • Manage changes to the project scope, schedule and costs to signal adjustments needed • Provide consistent project updates to stakeholders • Report and escalate to management as needed • Maintain relationships with all stakeholders • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation • Delegate project tasks to junior team members and external stakeholders • Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within the scope and within budget • Perform other related duties as assigned
