It develops strategic and training program for Pharma and Medical Devices Companies and it organizes key events in the field, including the yearly AboutPharma Digital Awards™ About Medical Devices and the Generative AI in LifeSciences event. Wichtig International was an independent STM publisher of journals in the fields of clinical medicine and bioengineering. Specializing in areas such as oncology, nephrology, ophthalmology, orthopedics, gynecology, urology, autoimmune diseases and biomaterials, titles included the International Journal of Artificial Organs, European Journal of Ophthalmology, Hip International, Journal of Vascular Access, Tumori Journal, Journal of Scleroderma and Related Disorders, International Journal of Biological Markers amongst others. My role was mainly to lead and direct the Global Sales Force for Springer Healthcare worldwide. More specifically, I managed teams based in the following locations: USA (New York and Philadelphia), Mexico, Brazil, Argentina, UK (London and Chester), France, Germany, Spain, Portugal, Italy, India (New Delhi and Mumbai), China, Japan, Australia. In all these countries we worked with the majority of the top 50 Pharma Companies. I also led the Global Med Comms team that helps Pharma HQs in developing Strategic Publication Programs and the Marketing group of Springer Healthcare.
I managed Sales, Operations and Global Med Comms for the Marketing and Publications Services Division in Europe, the US and Latin America with offices operating in UK, Germany, France, Spain, Italy, USA, Mexico, Brazil and Argentina.
