Reporting directly to the Managing Director within the Consumers Division: · Main interface between business and staff divisions (B2B, B2C, HR and Finance divisions) and internal and external IT Services Providers and Suppliers (Tiscali Italia Technology Division, Tiscali Services, Outsourcers); · Collect, analyze, consolidate and integrate all Tiscali Italia Information and Technology requirements and needs; · Project Manage and/or Supervise all the technologic aspects of all the Company services/products lifecycle; · Oversee Processes implementation and Technical Quality Assurance within the whole Company environment; · Responsible for Timeline and Deadline projects compliances; · SLA Monitoring and top escalation level during Outages, Roll-outs and Canvas. · Internal IT Systems Design, Development, Implementation and Operational Maintenance; · IT Supplier relationships.

Reporting directly to the Company Chief Technical Officer: • Responsible for services and product delivery: o Manage full services/products lifecycle from product inception, business justification, technical architecting, development, implementation and roll out; o acting as main point of contact and interface between the business units and functional divisions (B2B, B2C, Customer Services, Finance Departments, Facilities, HR, Technology); • Ensure seamless provisioning of all end user products and services; • Oversee all post-provisioning activities; • Manage second line technical help desk and assurance; • Responsible for financial control and reporting for the Technology Department; • Supervise and coordinate office automation outsourcing activities; • Attend weekly executive management meeting.

Reporting directly to the Company Chief Technical Officer within the Technology Department: • Main operational point of contact and interface between Tiscali UK and Tiscali Headquarter; • Responsible for managing technical and procedural relationship between Tiscali UK Technology and Tiscali Corporate Information and Technology Services Department; • Responsible for service and product delivery: o Managed full services/products lifecycle from product inception, business justification, technical architecting, development, implementation and roll out o acting as main point of contact and interface between the business units and functional divisions (B2B, B2C, Customer Services, Finance Departments, Facilities, HR, Technology); • Attended weekly B2B and B2C Directors Meetings; • Responsible for all Internal Systems and Office Automation activities.

Provided the Product Marketing,Direct and Indirect Sales divisions with a worldwide IP/Frame Relay Network to enable internet connectivity and Virtual Private Network services for multi-national corporations as part of the MondoNet product set. Ambra Project: Responsible for developing a C language based Network Management Application via SNMP based on HP OpenView (3.3-4.1) on UNIX (HP-UX 9.x-10.x) platform, including Graphical User Interface (GUI) on X11/Motif platform. Slam Manager Project: Responsible for designing and developing a C Language based Network Management Application via SNMP for managing a local or metropolitan area network. The application was conceived of as being ideally complementary to the SNMP Standard Agent and to the Slam Agent belonging to the SNMP Sugar development package developed by Finsiel S.p.A.
