Member of the leadership team. Key Achievements: Complete re-brand and re-build of the Sorted offer leading to 24% growth after launch and a reduction of bounce rate of 69%. This included 11 financial tools such as a visual output mortgage calculator, KiwiSaver planner, budgeting tool and investor kick-starter. Over 30 financial guides and 150 content blocks (>1,000,000 unique browsers pa). Recognised with the 2017 IPANZ award for the best digital government project. Delivery of three Money Week events achieving double digit growth in engagement and participation. Earned media exceeding $0.5m for the week. Over 30,000 participants and 1,000,000 million reached through social media. Finalist at the IPANZ awards for Money Week 2015. Launch of Debt Empire a mobile phone game app surfacing real life lessons associated with consumer debt - integrated into the school curriculum. Development and implementation of marketing strategies and consumer, healthcare professional and trade campaigns to deliver Pfizer’s brand, sales and profit targets for key consumer driven brands such as Viagra,Champix, and Lipitor. Recognised as a category winner at the 2013 New Zealand Marketing Awards for the marketing of Champix and the provision of a comprehensive approach to helping Kiwis quit smoking. Champix branding a finalist at the 2013 Globals advertising awards. Champix branding adopted by Pfizer United Kingdom. Development and implementation of content marketing strategy for Champix including over 10 television commercials. Development of 14 web videos driving the use of Champix delivered through Champix.co.nz. Champix revenue went from $1m to $13m exceeding all expectations from both Pfizer and Pharmac. Implementation of the digital mytimetoquit behavioural support programme for Champix users. The programme included web, email and text support resources to improve long term quit rates. Extension of revenues beyond the expected period and protection of the Australian market from unintended export of low cost Viagra. Development of a patent expiry plan for Viagra which protected sales of Viagra in New Zealand and in Australia. Annualised savings of $400,000. Procurement of warehousing and distribution services for the merged Pfizer and Pharmacia (Consumer, Pharmaceutical and Animal Health Businesses) and subsequent integration of three warehouse sites into one new improved facility including integration of information systems with the 3rd party warehousing supplier. Completed with no disruption to service.

Identified potential procurement savings for permanent Supply Chain Manager to implement in transport and network infrastructure purchases. Developed procurement savings analytics for organisations in dairy processing, meat processing, local government, insurance and health.
