I have relied on a network of active and former military personnel to make things happen. I have also catalyzed a faster and more secure delivery of programs for the US military and Government. DELIVERED RESULTS: ► Achieved multimillion-dollar growth – built a comprehensive sales strategy and portfolio development roadmap to advance into new markets. ► Secured a multimillion-dollar global hardware upgrade project for the USAF – navigated the complexities of a sensitive network environment, gaining buy-in from senior leadership over 2 years through a pilot program ► Enabled footprint growth from $250K to $6M for a small firm managing the global transportation network for the USAF – initiated needs assessment and leveraged military contacts to gain access and manage change by convincing stakeholders they would not lose control of the supply chain.
